Of all the symbols of Christianity the cross is most used. It can be seen on flags, coats of arms, plinths, coffins, in churches, dangling at the end of chains or standing over graves.  At one time the cross was  held aloft in battle, even by opposing armies. Now the cross  marks battle sites or commemmorates them. I’ve also seen them on lone hilltops and in the middle of nowhere like this one near Gallocanta in Aragon. Where is the strangest place you’ve ever seen a cross?

  1. I was driving through Texas on the 40 and saw a 190 foot cross. FYI it takes a long time to drive through Texas.

    enjoyed checking out your blog

  2. Thanks for replying, 3guys1movie.
